Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. Maximum 2 pets allowed.
Pet Rent $40/month per pet.
Pet deposit $400 for 1st pet and $200 for 2nd pet
Unless used as an assistance animal, there are some restricted dog breeds.
Non-traditional animals and assistance animals need to be approved through the office.
All pet fees, pet rents, weight limits, and the maximum
number of pets allowed per apartment are subject to change at any time without notice and may be subject to
certain restrictions.
